Under fault condition of the hydraulic system or the extreme operating conditions of the pilot, the low pressure phenomenon may occur due to the available flow of the hydraulic system being lower than the required flow, which leads to the abnormal operation of actuators of flight control system. The lowest pressure operating point was analyzed graphically. It is determined jointly by the actuator flow-pressure characteristics, aerodynamic load, hydraulic pump and pipeline flow-pressure characteristics. The fuzzy control theory is used to identify the urgency of pilot’s maneuvering intention. On this basis, the available flow is allocated, which not only prevents the low pressure phenomenon, but also ensures the maximum possible realization of the pilot’s intention under the condition of limited flow.
