The purpose of this paper is to improve the scientificity of operators’ work by analyzing their dynamic and static work performance and how the performance changes, Through a research on shoulder-mounted equipment operator’s to measure and compare the operators’ work performance at different time and after different distance of movement. Based on the Training Achievement Evaluating System, point out the difference of dynamic and static work performance after analyse the score in different time. Present the correlations obtained by comparing the performance changes in varied conditions. In this way, And find out a method to improve the training of shoulder-mounted portable equipment operators.
