As part of this study key transportation planners, city engineers, public works managers, traffic engineers and elected officials at the city, county, and region levels were interviewed to gain insight as to how they guide and shape decision relative to public policy in transportation. In addition, information was gathered regarding ways in which the Leonard Transportation Center can become a better resource for transportation planners in the two-county area.
