The document contains eight papers presented at the 24th AGARD Flight Mechanics Panel Meeting. In 1964, three major aspects of simulation are dealt with: the elctro-mechanical-optical systems forming the simulation hardware and the associated computing facilities; examples of simulation research applied to aircraft problems; and examples of simulation research applied to spacecraft problems. A discussion of the simulation research problem from a human engineering standpoint precedes the hardware, aircraft and spacecraft sections. (Author)
