The XSR 57-UT-1 rocket motor for the fourth stage of the SLV-IA was developed, preliminary flight rating tested (PFRT), and delivered. Testing during development included four subscale heavyweight motor static firings, two case hydroburst tests, one case flight loads test, and eight flightweight motor static firings. The PFRT phase consisted of the static testing of six flightweight motors.
