The Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Program is the Army's formal strategy focusing on sustained use of training and testing lands. ATTACC is part of the ITAM Program, under proponency responsibility of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans (ODCSOPS). ATTACC is a methodology for estimating the operations and support (O&S) costs of using land at Army installations for training and testing purposes. The ATTACC methodology includes specific processes and algorithms to predict land rehabilitation and maintenance (LRAM) requirements based on training and testing load and environmental conditions.
