The project is concerned with construction of an 8 lane expressway in Baltimore, Maryland for the primary purpose of traffic engineering. Three automobile junkyards, 20 residences and 14 businesses will be displaced. Unavoidable permanent effects will occur in relocation of a portion of a stream and land use patterns.
