A report is made of furnished personnel, facilities and equipment to conduct the program. The services include: (1) balloons and flight control instrumentation; (2) launching, tracking and recovery operations; (3) a communications network between the launch site of Ft. Churchill, the recovery center at Uranium City and the aircraft; (4) rigging of scientific loads and coordination with scientific investigators; and (5) instructions and facilities for a separate flight program by Southwest Center for Advanced Studies to conduct a series of small balloon flights. This report describes the individual flights, equipment used, difficulties encountered and recommendations for future programs. (Author)
