The primary goals was to provide readily available, quality legal advice and assistance older Arizona residents, in isolated rural areas, and of low income. Also, (2) to act as a first resort for seniors with legal questions or problems; (3) empower seniors to resolve their own problems; (4) to resolve as many questions or problems with advice, information; (5) to determine when a client's legal issue needed further legal services and to make referrals; (6) to coordinate legal services for seniors state-wise; (7) to monitor the problems of seniors for recurring problems.
