Peace Corps (PC) can make positive contributions to a host country's development through collaborative projects in Youth Development and through the integration of youth-oriented activities through projects across all sectors. While the Programming and Training System (PATS) Manual has provided Peace Corps with a comprehensive approach to developing and managing effective projects across all sectors, this Supplement has been developed to provide complementary information on key aspects of Peace Corps programming and training for Youth Development.
