This report presents the results of engineering evaluation testing of the Soleq Dual Battery Van, which is full-size Dodge van retrofitted with a DC electric powertrain developed by Soleq Corporation of Chicago, Illinois. The purpose of the INEL testing was to quantify the performance and energy utilization of the Dual Battery Van, as outlined in the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE J227) Electric Vehicle Test Procedure, and to provide a comparison with other electric vehicles of similar size and weight under equivalent conditions. 14 refs., 35 figs., 19 tabs.
