Problems in vestibulology, acoustics, and prophylaxis are discussed in relation to space flight. Studies are being directed to pathophysiological mechanisms of observed disorders among space crews. Modification of diagnostic instruments and methods for otorhinolarynogological diseases is also reviewed.
