Microgravity experiments that utilize the parabolic flight path of aircraft are outlined. Among the topics discussed are the following: the underlying principles, normal parabolic flight patterns, flight restrictions, the level of microgravity produced, and the flight duration. Two of the main advantages that microgravity flight experiments provide, are cost effectiveness and a wide range of available gravity levels.
