The project concerns construction of a portion of the proposed Cheyenne outer belt loop which also serves as a connector from the Sun Valley Interchange, and the reconstruction of east Lincolnway and east Nationway in the city street system. The project, about 5.3 miles in length, is on the Primary Highway System. The proposal will have a beneficial impact on the community in areas that favor multiple transportation facilities. The most noticeable impact will be in the change of travel habits and the land use that will be encouraged by the highway plan. Reduction of accidents at existing adverse intersections will be beneficial.
