These Proceedings consist of the unclassified papers that were presented at the AGARD Flight Mechanics Panel Symposium on The Impact of Military Applications on Rotorcraft and V/STOL Aircraft Design. The classified papers are published as a supplement to this document, in AGARD-CP-313 (Supp.). The Symposium reviewed the technological status of rotorcraft and V/STOL aircraft in the light of operational possibilities and needs; session topics included operational experiences, present status of technology, future trends and military mission effectiveness.
