The report summarizes the development of a data reduction computer program and the analysis of experimental data on a thermal control coatings experiment on the Air Force OV1-4Satellite. The computer program has been successfully used to calculate thermal radiative properties of coatings placed on two sample holders on the OV1-4 Spacecraft. The sample holders were developed and built for the Air Force under Contract AF33(657)-11243 and each holds six coating samples. The OV1-4 Spacecraft was launched in March of 1966 as a part of the Office of Aerospace Research, USAF, overall scientific research program. (Author)
