A concept of delivering recoverable payloads into low Earth orbit (LEO) is introduced. It exploits the full payload capacity of the Ariane 4 when launched into geostationary transfer orbit (GTO) using a technique of jumping off the ascending launch vehicle and circularizing the payload into low Earth orbits prior to reaching the geostationary transfer orbit injection state vector. The optimized point determination is discussed.
