Low-speed wind tunnel tests were conducted on a 1/20-scale powered model of a proposed open-ocean V/STOL seaplane. Some cruise flight performance parameters and the effects of power on longitudinal and lateral stability and control, in the cruise flight regime, were determined. (Author)
