In this meeting, technical interactions between AGARD and NATO standardization activities provided the basis for improved hazard methodologies to be used in the design of future solid propellant rocket motors. In addition, a basis was provided for new research and development topics to be addressed by the different NATO countries interested in the development, production, and sale of high energy solid rocket motors. The objectives of the meeting were achieved; however, it was agreed that all aspects of this subject could not be covered because of time limitations. (Author)
