The report was done to show the feasibility of establishing a civil aviation training center in the Antalya region of the Republic of Turkey. The study addresses the capital and operations cost estimate, as well as the technical and engineering analysis. Also covered in the study is a needs assessment and detailed specifications for project implementation. Volume 3 contains the Preliminary Design Analysis and is divided into: (1) Alternative Technology; (2) Manual on Establishment and Operation of Aviation Training Centers; (3) Simulation for Primary Training; and (4) Full Flights Simulator Technical Specification.
