There is an urgent need to replace the DC-link electrolytic capacitors in electrical vehicle charging power supply by non-electrolytic capacitors. This paper proposes two methods to solve the problem. The first one is to improve the circuit topology, the other is to optimize system parameters. At last, both simulation by SABER and experiments validate the points.
