This paper establishes a mathematical model based on state space theory for the hypersonic vehicle, then analyzes the coupling characteristics of the object and its quantitative measurement method. For the lateral motion with severe coupling, different control methods are designed according to the state feedback and the coupling compensation. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.
