To alleviate the problem of driver mileage anxiety caused by uncontrolled driving and charging behaviour of electric vehicles (EVs) on the road network and charging congestion. An accurate and balanced co-guidance strategy for electric vehicle (EV) charging with dynamic road network is proposed. Firstly, the topology of the regional road network with charging stations is proposed; Secondly, the static and dynamic road network models are established, and the co-guidance model considering the two scenarios of the shortest path and the shortest time is proposed to provide the optimal charging path strategies for different EV users; Finally, the simulation is carried out by introducing 7000 EVs into the urban area of Lanzhou City, as an example of the actual traffic road situation. The results of simulation experiments show that the proposed accurate and balanced co-guidance strategy for fast charging areas can effectively alleviate road network and charging congestion, accurately balance the occupancy rate of charging piles at each fast charging station, the rush hours charging waiting rate drops from 24.52% under static road network conditions to 22.58% under dynamic road network conditions, thereby alleviating driver mileage anxiety.
