This research demonstrates a non-isolated, modified boost converter that can be used in a DC-DC micro grid system powered by solar panels, batteries, or fuel cells. The research study is about a modified boost converter and the different filters that are used with it. The objective of the proposed design is to eliminate voltage stress. In this case, a high-frequency converter's design was tested using a 10 kHz simulation. The ||-filter will be connected into the output circuit to minimize ripple voltage. The converter can increase the voltage with the proper duty ratio and a moderate amount of voltage stress.
