In view of the instability characteristics of hydrogen peroxide medium at high temperature, the structure design of electric centrifugal pump based on hydrogen peroxide was carried out. Focus on medium and explosive problem under high temperature hydrogen peroxide, making use of the pressure difference between centrifugal pump after the idler and pump inlet, hydrogen peroxide cooling channel is established to control the temperature of the heating parts within the pump. Through the Pumplinx, the external characteristics of the pump and the temperature of the cooling flow field are simulated, and the calculation results show that the temperature is within the scope of the security, Through the pump water medium test, it is verified that the deviation between the pump internal temperature and the simulation results is small under different working conditions, and the design structure is proved to be safe and feasible.
