This paper explores the game mechanism of the strategic transport passages in the context of the Belt & Road initiative and the concept of promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. An evolutionary game model of the strategic transport passages is established, and the Strait of Malacca is used as a case. The countries involved with the Strait of Malacca, are divided into jurisdictional states and user states. Through the analysis of their behaviour, specific game content, and possible strategies, the evolutionary stable strategy for each group is obtained. Recommendations are made to provide help for the relevant rights and interests of related countries. This study can provide an analytical framework for the security game of strategic transport passages for relevant countries.
