this article analyzes the requirements for data security in the digitalization of the entire process of maintenance and proposes a dynamic, real-time, and controllable electronic data solidification signature method for complex scenarios of electronic signatures in non-routine maintenance records. It also proposes an algorithm that splits the work card package into several processes using asymmetric encryption technology, as well as methods for process signature and completion signature. The method proposed in the article is suitable for industry-specific scenarios such as complex signatures, long signature cycles, and frequent modification of electronic records. It can achieve reliable traceability and tamper-proof of non-routine maintenance electronic records in maintenance digitization. The article takes the production data of an overhaul organization as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the above method.
