For the ADC model cannot fully assess the effectiveness of civil unmanned aerial vehicle system(UAV), improve it combined with the needs of transmission line inspection used by UAV, the effects of operating conditions and environmental adaptability factors is highlighted, and adjustment the weight of different index, a fixed wing UAV system efficiency evaluation model is established. Combined with specific examples, the operating capability of different fixed wing UAV is compared and analyzed. The results show that this model is reasonable and effectively, is able to evaluate the effectiveness of fixed wing UAV systems comprehensively, can be used as a reference of UAV system selection and procurement for transmission line inspection.
