In order to interfere with the networking radars effectively, this paper considers a multi-UAV system firstly based on the characteristic of phantom track. Furthermore, the multi-UAV cooperative track deception optimization model is built to analyzes the locations and motions of UAVs and an algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization problem. Finally, the paper conducts a simulation to obtain the motion parameters of each UAV and analyzes the minimum number and distance of UAVs.
