With the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology, the number of motor vehicles also increases, which also brings a series of energy and environmental problems such as road congestion, energy consumption and emission pollution. Among them, the intersection is one of the important components of the urban road traffic network. Frequently, due to the smoothness of roads, vehicles frequently switch between driving and braking, or idle for a long time. In order to solve this kind of problems, the green wave traffic control strategy of vehicles aiming at energy saving is studied. Firstly, the working condition of the vehicle is identified by using the SPaT information, road information and vehicle positioning information provided by V2I, combined with the state information obtained by the vehicle sensors. Secondly, analyze the working conditions, establish a unified optimization objective function with the minimum average fuel consumption per kilometer, enumerate each driving scheme, compare and obtain the optimal energy-saving solution under green wave traffic, and input the results to the green wave traffic controller to provide driving advice to drivers; Thirdly, using Matlab/Simulink and Carsim to build a joint simulation platform, and build a simulation experiment, and analyze the typical working conditions in 10 divided working conditions. Finally, the experiment shows that the vehicle passes through the signalized intersection smoothly under the action of the green wave speed guidance system.
