In order to expand the berthing and unberthing window time of large container ships in ports and improve the utilization rate of berths, a new berthing operation scheme CFBUS called “Continuous Fast Berthing and Unberthing Scheme” is put forward. Based on the analysis of risk assessment theory, relevant management regulations, and large ship berthing and disembarking operation technology, the safety guarantee measures and management suggestions are proposed in this scheme. Finally, the successful implementation of this operation in Qianshan Port illustrates the correctness and safety of this scheme.
