The general public has used a lot of vehicles in recent years. Due to this, huge number of accidents and traffic jams have occurred, more infrastructure and security are required. So, to get around this problem, a vehicle-to-vehicle intelligent transport system communication algorithm is proposed to control traffic jams, improve security, and data accuracy by using the CMS Domain Model and direct V2V communication. The proposed algorithm showed better performance as compared to conventional methods such as multi-access edge computing networks and dedicated short-range communications (DSRC) with respect to travel time estimation, travel time efficiency, average vehicle speed and speed improvement. The time travel efficiency, vehicle speed, and time estimation has improved by 0.23%, 0.42%, and 0.21%, respectively.
