With the constant augmentation of V2X test requirements, vehicle test organizations urgently need to establish a series certification criterion. As a key factor affecting communication performance, channel features should be considered in the test procedure designed. In this paper, a 3D model is proposed to express the channel feature of the urban area, while the feature of scatter points is discussed. Field measurement data is employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model, which provides the theoretical basis for in-chamber V2V test scenarios setting. Experiment results show that the channel fading feature generating by the proposed model coincides with field measurement results.
