Robots and drones are cutting-edge, future technology that challenges the necessity for conventional delivery methods. They are highly sought after by corporations, food industry partners, and other organizations today. Drone and robot use during the COVID 19 pandemic also proved effective in a number of ways, including reducing human-to-human contact and thus reducing the risk of infection. It also enhanced delivery service capacity while everything was out of order during the epidemic. The next study uses drone and robot technology to explore and assess two different delivery methods. The system consists of hybrid systems that use drones and robots as well as autonomous ground vehicle systems (AGV) and autonomous aerial vehicle systems (AAV). The hybrid system, which combines ground vehicle and aerial vehicle technologies, is the third system. In this method, packages are loaded in the drone before it is ready to be transported from the pick-up spot to the destination. Robots are used for pick-up services in very congested regions where drone landing is not practical. Connaught Place (CP) is taken into account in a thorough review of the integration of autonomous and developing technologies in the context of delivery systems. Through the use of effective scheduling techniques, the performance of three systems is being analyzed in terms of scheduling, time intervals, and waiting times.
