With increasing traffic and environmental concerns, car sharing has become an important alternative to cycling. In this article, we aim to develop a web-based traffic management application to promote sustainable transportation and reduce traffic congestion. The app will allow users to create profiles, find car partners and plan trips. Applications will be developed using modern tools such as ReactJS, NodeJS and MongoDB. This article discusses the design, implementation and testing of the strategy and evaluates its effectiveness in reducing congestion and improving transportation efficiency.
