Traffic flow control and guidance is an important research area of ITS. In order to solve the problem that the static route guidance algorithm can not provide real-time traffic information and optimal route guidance to the travelers, based on the real - time routing algorithm of vehicle dynamic network, this paper presents a traffic control and guidance method based on large data traffic prediction, and analyzes the key technologies in detail. Through the establishment of simulation model, the system can basically achieve the purpose of balanced traffic flow.
