An offline optimal flexible load transfer strategy of more electric aircraft including operation mode and fault location of variable frequency starter generator is proposed, whose key innovation is to quantify variable operational safety margin using node voltage flexibility. Firstly, a series of scenes that show the fluctuation of load in different operation mode are generated through the Monte Carlo Method and Multidimensional Joint distribution function based on operation data, and the typical scenarios streamlined by Ward clustering method are formed. Then, the multi-objective load transfer flexible optimal model can be built aim at maximizing node voltage flexibility of system and reducing network losses. Meanwhile, to enhance the global convergence as well as shorten calculation time, the NSGA-II algorithm is applied for solving out above model. Considering the feature of model, corresponding Pareto optimal solution is obtained through TOPSIS evaluation. The case study is made based on actual Boeing 787 electrical system, and results show that, the optimized scheme is benefit for stabilizing voltage amplitude to enhance the safety margin of system. Hence, the proposed model has a certain effect on improving the network security and economic efficiency.
