An aircraft thermoplastic reinforcement panel manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a mold unit including a mold plate, a protective film placed on the mold plate, planar heating elements each installed on the lower surface of the mold plate in each zone of the mold plate, and a control unit controlling the temperature for each zone of the mold plate by adjusting the temperature of each of the planar heating elements; and an automatic lamination unit for generating a reinforcement panel by laminating, cutting, pressing, and heating a thermoplastic carbon fiber tape on the protective film placed on the mold plate.

    L'invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de panneau de renfort thermoplastique d'aéronef comprenant : une unité de moule comprenant une plaque de moule, un film protecteur placé sur la plaque de moule, des éléments chauffants plats installés chacun sur la surface inférieure de la plaque de moule dans chaque zone de la plaque de moule, et une unité de commande commandant la température pour chaque zone de la plaque de moule par réglage de la température de chacun des éléments chauffants plats ; et une unité de stratification automatique pour générer un panneau de renfort par stratification, découpe, pressage et chauffage d'une bande de fibre de carbone thermoplastique sur le film de protection placé sur la plaque de moule.

    본 발명에 따른 항공기 열가소성 보강판넬 제조장치는, 몰드판과, 상기 몰드판 위에 놓인 보호필름, 상기 몰드판 하면에 상기 몰드판의 구역별로 각각 설치된 면상발열체들과, 상기 면상발열체들 각각의 온도를 조절하여 상기 몰드판의 구역별로 온도를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 몰드유닛; 및 상기 몰드판 위에 놓인 보호필름 상에, 열가소성 탄소섬유테이프를 적층, 컷팅, 가압, 가열하여 보강판넬을 만들어내는 자동적층유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
