본 발명은 건설현장에 설치된 이동식 전기 중장비 충전기에서 전기부품의 안전과 수명에 영향을 주는 외부 환경을 분석하여, 전기 중장비 충전기의 최적 가동시간을 결정하고 필터의 교체시기를 제공해주어 전기 중장비 충전기의 최적 운영을 도모해주도록 한 건설현장의 환경관리가 가능한 충전시스템에 관한 것으로서, 전기 중장비 충전기가 설치된 건설현장의 환경정보를 측정하는 환경정보 측정부, 위치 정보를 획득하는 GPS 모듈, 전기 중장비 충전기의 가동시간을 측정하는 충전기 가동시간 측정부, 측정한 환경정보를 분석하여 충전기 가동시간 및 필터교체시기를 결정하며, 위치 정보와 환경정보 분석 정보를 기초로 충전기 운행 데이터를 생성하여 원격의 충전기 관리서버로 전송하도록 제어하는 충전기 제어부, 측정한 환경정보, 충전기 가동시간 및 필터 교체시기 정보를 시각적으로 표출해주는 정보 표시부 및 필터 교체시기에 대하여 알람을 발생하는 알람 발생부, 충전기 운행 데이터를 충전기 관리서버로 전송하는 통신부를 포함하여, 건설현장의 환경관리가 가능한 충전시스템을 구축한다. 본 발명은 경기도 기후에너지정책과 에너지산업 육성팀의 2021년도 경기도 에너지 혁신기술 지원사업의 결과물이다.

    The present invention is to analyze an external environment that affects safety and lifespan of an electric component in a mobile electric heavy equipment charger, determine an optimal operation time of the electric heavy equipment charger, and provide a replacement time for a filter, thereby promoting optimal operation of the electric heavy equipment charger. The present invention establishes a charging system capable of environmental management at a construction site, the system comprising: an environmental information measurement unit for measuring environmental information of a construction site; a charger operation time measurement unit for measuring an operation time of an electric heavy equipment charger; a charger control unit for analyzing measured environmental information to determine a charger operation time and a filter replacement time, generating charger operation data on the basis of position information and environmental information analysis information, and performing control to transmit the charger operation data to a remote charger management server; an information display unit for visually expressing measured environmental information and charger operation time and filter replacement time information; and a communication unit for transmitting charger operation data to the charger management server. The present invention is a product of the 2021 Gyeonggi province energy innovation technology support project of the energy industry development team in the climate energy policy department of Gyeonggi province.
