친환경차 충전기 오류 발생 이력 정보 제공 방법 및 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 방법은, 차량이 임의의 충전기와 연결된 경우, 연결된 충전기에 대한 정보를 수집하는 단계, 상기 연결된 충전기로부터 통신 호환성 충돌에 대한 알림을 수신하거나 상기연결된 충전기와의 통신 수행 중 오류가 발생하였는지 여부를 판단하는 단계 및 상기 연결된 충전기로부터 통신 호환성 충돌에 대한 알림을 수신하거나 통신 오류가 발생한 경우, 상기 연결된 충전기에 대한 정보를 기반으로 서버에 상기 연결된 충전기에 대한 문제 발생 정보를 전송하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 서버 내의 상기 연결된 충전기에 대한 문제 발생 이력 정보는 상기 연결된 충전기에 대한 문제 발생 정보를 기반으로 업데이트된다.

    A method and a system for providing error history information for an eco-friendly vehicle charger. The method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure including the steps of: collecting information on a connected charger, when a vehicle is connected to any charger; receiving a notification of a communication compatibility conflict from the connected charger or determining whether an error is generated while performing communication with the connected charger; and transmitting problem occurrence information on the connected charger to a server based on the information on the connected charger, when receiving the notification of the communication compatibility conflict from the connected charger or a communication error occurs, wherein the problem occurrence history information on the connected charger in the server is updated based on the problem occurrence information on the connected charger.
