The present invention relates to a machine learning-based system for automatically controlling the angle of a vehicle rear mirror, which is characterized by comprising: a vehicle; a rear mirror which is provided at both sides of the vehicle, and on which a motor is mounted; a camera unit which films the face of the driver seated on the driver's seat of the vehicle before transmitting the same; an image processing unit which corrects distortion of a digital image transmitted by means of the camera unit, recognizes the location of the eye of the driver in the digital image, and compares the digital image data to eye learning data generated by processing machine learning in advance by using a deep-learning method before transmitting the same; and a control unit which calculates the correction angle of the rear mirror based on the comparison result of the digital image data and the eye learning data transmitted by means of the image processing unit, and controls the motor. Therefore, visual information may be delivered.

    본 발명은 머신러닝 기반의 차량 백미러 각도 자동 제어 시스템으로써, 보다 상세하게 차량과, 상기 차량의 양측에 구비되고, 모터가 장착되는 백미러와, 상기 차량의 운전석에 착석한 운전자의 안면을 촬영하여 송신하는 카메라부와, 상기 카메라부를 통해 전송 받은 디지털 영상의 왜곡을 보정하고, 상기 디지털 영상에서 상기 운전자의 안구의 위치를 파악하며, 딥 러닝 기법을 이용하여 미리 기계학습을 진행하여 생성한 안구 학습 데이터와 상기 디지털 영상 데이터를 비교하여 송신하는 영상처리부와, 상기 영상처리부를 통해 전송 받은 상기 안구 학습 데이터와 디지털 영상 데이터의 비교결과를 바탕으로 상기 백미러의 보정각도를 산출하고, 상기 모터를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
