According to the present invention, proposed is a design method for a cooling means including the selection of a nozzle quantity of a cooling spray pipe considering transient injection efficiency according to temperature and time histories of the inside of tanks when considering the injection efficiency according to a phase change of a cooling medium in determining the configuration of the cooling means essential for the operation of the storage tank of liquefied gas and the storage tank provided in a transportation vehicle or a structure including the storage tank.

    본 발명은 액화가스의 저장 탱크 및 저장 탱크를 포함한 운송 수단 혹은 구조물에 구비된 저장 탱크의 운용에 필수적인 냉각 수단의 구성을 결정하는데 있어 냉각 매질의 상변화에 따른 분사효율을 고려함에 있어 탱크 내부의 온도시간이력에 따른 과도 분사효율을 고려한 냉각 스프레이 배관의 노즐 수량 선정을 포함한 냉각수단의 설계 방법을 제안한다.
