The present invention relates to a vehicle control system and, more specifically, to a vehicle control system which learns and uses a driving pattern of a driver based on location information acquired from GPS, vehicle information acquired through OBD, and surrounding information acquired from a black box. Specifically, according to the present invention, the vehicle control system learns a driving pattern of a driver based on location information acquired from GPS, vehicle information acquired through OBD, and surrounding information acquired from a black box to use the driving pattern of the driver in differentially setting an insurance premium or the costs of a shared car and a rental car. According to the present invention, the vehicle control system can also detect an abnormal situation such as an accident or reckless driving, notify surrounding vehicles of the abnormal situation, and set a detour route.

    본 발명은 차량 관제 시스템에 대한 것으로서, 특히 GPS로부터 획득되는 위치 정보와 OBD를 통해 획득되는 차량 정보 및 블랙박스로부터 획득되는 주변 정보를 기반으로 운전자의 운행 패턴을 학습하여 활용하는 차량 관제 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차량 관제 시스템은 특히 GPS로부터 획득되는 위치 정보와 OBD를 통해 획득되는 차량 정보 및 블랙박스로부터 획득되는 주변 정보를 기반으로 운전자의 운행 패턴을 학습하여 이를 보험료나 공유차 및 렌터카 비용 차등 책정에 활용할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 차량 관제 시스템은 난폭운전이나 사고 등 비정상적인 상황을 감지하고 이를 주변 차량에 알릴 수 있으며, 나아가 우회 경로도 설정하도록 할 수 있다.
