Disclosed are an injection type heat exchange module and a thermal management system for a vehicle employing the same. The injection type heat exchange module includes: an outer tank comprising an upper chamber and a lower chamber separated from each other, wherein the upper chamber is connected to receive a refrigerant from an external condenser or an indoor condenser, and the lower chamber is connected to receive a refrigerant from an evaporator while being connected to discharge the refrigerant to a compressor; an inner tank disposed in the outer tank to be heat-exchangeable with the refrigerant, and connected to discharge the refrigerant to the compressor, the evaporator or a lower part of the outer tank; a first valve disposed at the upper end of the inner tank, and rotated to expand the refrigerant in the upper chamber of the outer tank to the inside of the inner tank, cause the refrigerant to flow, or cut off the refrigerant; a second valve coupled to the lower end of the inner tank to be rotatable, and rotated to expand the refrigerant in the inner tank, cause the refrigerant to flow, or cut off the refrigerant, while expanding the refrigerant to the lower chamber of the outer tank or cutting off the refrigerant; and an actuator simultaneously connected to the first valve and the second valve and operated to rotate the first and second valves at the same time. Therefore, the present invention is capable of making the composition of a system simple and efficient.

    서로 분리된 상부챔버 및 하부챔버로 구성되고, 상부챔버는 외부콘덴서 또는 실내콘덴서로부터 냉매가 유입되도록 연결되고, 하부챔버는 증발기로부터 냉매가 유입되도록 연결되면서 압축기로 냉매를 배출하도록 연결된 아우터탱크; 아우터탱크의 내부에 냉매와 열교환 가능하게 배치되고, 압축기, 증발기 또는 아우터탱크의 하부로 냉매를 배출하도록 연결된 이너탱크; 이너탱크의 상단부에 배치되며, 회전됨에 따라 아우터탱크의 상부챔버의 냉매를 이너탱크의 내부로 팽창시키거나, 유동시키거나, 또는 차단하는 제1밸브; 이너탱크의 하단부에 회전 가능하게 결합되며, 회전됨에 따라 이너탱크 내부의 냉매를 증발기로 팽창시키거나, 유동시키거나, 또는 차단하고, 동시에 아우터탱크의 하부챔버로 팽창시키거나 또는 차단하는 제2밸브; 및 제1밸브 및 제2밸브와 동시에 연결되어 제1밸브 및 제2밸브를 동시에 회전시키도록 작동하는 액추에이터;를 포함하는 인젝션 타입의 열교환 모듈 및 이를 적용한 차량용 열관리 시스템이 소개된다.
