The present invention relates to a motion sickness reduction apparatus for an electric automobile, which can reduce occurrence of motion sickness in a passenger due to regenerative braking of the electric automobile. A front camera collects a front video of a vehicle while driving. A front radar collects information for an object of the vehicle front. A controller analyzes the information collected from the front camera and the front radar to calculate deceleration information including timing and intensity of deceleration for the regenerative braking. Additionally, an output device is installed around a seat where an occupant boards, and receives the deceleration information from the controller and outputs the same so that the occupant can perceive the same. The motion sickness reduction apparatus for the electric automobile of the present invention comprises: the front camera; the front radar; the controller; and the output device.

    본 발명은 전기자동차의 회생제동에 따른 탑승자의 멀미 발생을 저감할 수 있는 전기자동차용 멀미 저감 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 전방 카메라는 운행 중 차량의 전방 영상을 수집한다. 전방 레이더는 차량 전방의 객체에 대한 정보를 수집한다. 제어기는 전방 카메라 및 전방 레이더로부터 수집한 정보를 분석하여 회생제동을 위한 감속이 발생되는 시기와 강도를 포함하는 감속 정보를 산출한다. 그리고 출력기는 탑승자가 탑승하는 좌석의 주변에 설치되며, 탑승자가 인지할 수 있도록 제어기로부터 감속 정보를 수신하여 출력한다.
