The present invention relates to a device and a method for reducing motion sickness for a vehicle. The device comprises: a light source unit stored in a vehicle body and generating light; an image guide unit allowing the light radiated from the light source unit to be reflected to realize a virtual image to a passenger; and a motion sickness reduction unit provided to the image guide unit and providing a dynamic image according to a viewing angle by realizing cognitive consonance to reduce motion sickness. Therefore, the present invention realizes the dynamic image amplified to correspond to a head shaken by a gravity change according to a driving direction and a speed change of a vehicle.

    본 발명은 차량용 멀미저감 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 차체에 내장되고 광을 생성하는 광원부와, 광원부에서 조사되는 광을 반사시켜 탑승자에게 가상 이미지를 구현하는 영상유도부와, 영상유도부에 구비되고 인지조화를 이루어 멀미가 저감되도록 시야각에 따른 동적이미지를 제공하는 멀미저감부를 포함하여, 차량의 주행방향과 속도 변화에 따른 중력변화로 흔들리는 머리와 대응되도록 증폭된 동적이미지를 구현하여 멀미를 저감시킬 수 있다.
