The present invention relates to a floating body for a water installation, comprising: a buoyancy body that mounts a water installation (buoy, floating solar power generator, floating offshore wind power generator, etc.) and floats on the water, a column extending vertically from the bottom of the buoyancy body, and a submerged body coupled to a lower end of the column and extending in a horizontal direction while disposed in the water. The submerged body has an environment in which aquatic plants and fish can live.
