Disclosed is an automatic accident response system for autonomous operating ships. The automatic accident response system for autonomous operating ships comprises: a land accident response device which is installed in a land management center, shares accident information with an autonomous operating ship and provides a manual control function of a person who controls in a remote place on the autonomous operating ship; a sensor device which comprises a fire detection sensor, a flooding detection sensor, a surveillance camera, a temperature sensor and an inclinometer which are installed in predetermined sections in the autonomous operating ship; and a monitoring unit. The monitoring unit operates as follows: transmitting an alarm signal notifying the occurrence of an accident to the land accident response device; transmitting accident information containing images and temperatures of a fire-detected area and accident information containing images of a flood-detected area and an inclination of the ship which are received from the sensor device to the land accident response device; and waiting for receiving a response command during a predetermined waiting time, and when the response command is not received until the waiting time passes, performing an automatic accident response according to a preset procedure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic accident response system for autonomous operating ships which recognizes the occurrence of an accident, transmits the same to a land management center and performs a series of accident responses.

    자율운항선박의 자동사고대응 시스템이 개시된다. 자율운항선박의 자동사고대응 시스템은, 육상관제센터에 설치되어, 자율운항선박과 사고정보를 공유하고, 자율운항선박에 대한 원격제어자의 수동제어 기능을 제공하는 육상사고대응 장치, 자율운항선박에서 미리 설정된 구역에 설치되는 화재감지 센서, 침수감지 센서, CCTV 카메라, 온도 센서, 경사계를 포함하는 센서 장치 및 화재감지 센서 또는 침수감지 센서를 통해 화재 또는 침수의 사고발생이 감지되면, 육상사고대응 장치로 사고발생을 알리는 알람신호를 전송하고, 센서 장치로부터 수신되는 화재발생구역의 영상 및 온도를 포함하는 사고정보 또는 침수발생구역의 영상 및 선박의 경사를 포함하는 사고정보를 육상사고대응 장치로 전송하고, 미리 설정된 대기시간 동안 대응명령 수신대기를 한 후, 대기시간을 초과할 때가지 대응명령이 미수신되는 경우, 미리 설정된 절차에 따라 자동사고대응을 수행하는 모니터링부를 포함한다.
