The present invention relates to a material spraying system based on the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle for fog dissipation and a method thereof to continuously improve administration by spraying a seeding material which is cloud seeds to an occurrence area in which fog is created based on a target area when fog is created by using a transport means which is an unmanned aerial vehicle. To this end, the material spraying system based on the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle for fog dissipation comprises: an operation means selecting a target area requiring fog dissipation and a fog occurrence area in which fog is created based on collected weather information, checking the range of the fog occurrence area and fog occurrence time in the fog occurrence area, and determining the number of spray times, a spray amount, and a spray location of a seeding material for fog dissipation; and a transport means automatically controlled based on selection information through the operation means, checking information through the operation means, and determination information through the operation means, transporting the seeding material from the fog occurrence area to the spray location in response to the fog occurrence time in accordance with control of the operation means, and spraying the seeding material to the spray location.

    본 발명은 무인기인 운반수단을 활용하여 안개가 발생할 때, 목표지역을 기준으로 안개가 발생되는 발생지역에 구름씨인 시딩물질을 살포하여 시정을 계속적으로 개선하기 위한 안개저감을 위한 무인기 활용기반의 물질살포 시스템과 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 안개저감을 위한 무인기 활용기반의 물질살포 시스템은 수집된 기상정보를 바탕으로 안개저감이 필요한 목표지역과 안개가 발생되는 안개발생지역을 선정하는 한편 안개발생지역의 범위와 안개발생지역에서의 안개발생시간을 확인하고 안개 저감을 위한 시딩물질의 살포횟수와 살포량 그리고 살포위치를 결정하는 운영수단과, 운영수단을 통한 선정정보와 운영수단을 통한 확인정보와 운영수단을 통한 결정정보를 바탕으로 자동으로 제어되되 운영수단의 제어에 따라 안개발생시간에 대응하여 시딩물질을 안개발생지역에서 살포위치로 운반하는 한편 시딩물질을 살포위치에 살포하는 운반수단을 포함한다.
