The present invention relates to an axle weight measuring method for lift axle control of a truck and an apparatus thereof, which calculates the axle weight acting on each axle of a truck to automatically lift and control a lift axle in accordance with the axle weight acting on each axle of the vehicle and control the lift axle with feedback through the axle weight of the lift axle to improve control precision. The axle weight measuring method for lift axle control of a truck comprises: a step of sensing the pressure of air suspension provided between the cargo box and vehicle body of a truck by a first pressure sensor; a step of converting a pressure signal sensed by the first pressure sensor into a digital signal by using an AD converter; a step in which a lift axle control unit calculates a loading weight by using the pressure of the air suspension; a step of adding the weight of the vehicle body to the calculated loading weight to obtain the total weight of the truck and then determining 1/2 of the total weight as an axle weight; and a step of comparing the axle weight with a regulation value to transmit a signal to a lifting driving unit which lifts the lift axle.

    본 발명은 화물차의 각 축에 작용하는 축중량에 따라 가변축을 자동으로 승강 제어하기 위하여 차량의 각 축에 작용하는 축중량을 산정함과 아울러 가변축의 축중량을 통해 가변축을 피드백 제어함으로써 제어 정밀도가 향상되도록 하는 화물차의 가변축 제어용 축중량 측정 방법 및 장치에 에 관한 것으로, 화물차의 가변축 제어용 축중량 측정 방법은, 화물차의 차체와 적재함 사이에 구비된 에어서스펜션의 압력을 제1압력센서로 감지하는 단계; AD컨버터를 이용하여 제1압력센서에 의해 감지된 압력 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환시키는 단계; 가변축제어부가 에어서스펜션의 압력을 이용하여 적재중량을 산정하는 단계; 및 산정된 적재중량에 차체중량을 더해 화물차의 총중량을 구한 후 그 1/2을 축중량으로 결정하는 단계; 축중량을 규정치와 대비하여 가변축을 승강시키는 승강구동부에 신호를 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
